Dr. Erin Daube DC, CVSMT
Dr. Erin Daube graduated Summa Cum Laude from Upper Iowa University with her B.S. in Biology and a minor in Chemistry while playing D2 basketball in 2011. She then graduated Magna Cum Laude at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA in 2014. Furthermore, she obtained her CVSMT certification (certified veterinary spinal manipulative therapist) in 2015.
Dr. Erin enjoys working with patients from all walks of life. From those sitting at a desk all day with overuse repetitive injuries to athletes with sport-related injuries. Some of the conditions she likes to work with include: headaches/migraines, disc issues, sciatica, upper or lower extremity radiculopathy, carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ disorders, arthritic conditions, and overall joint pain leading to neck/mid back/low back/and pelvic area pain and dysfunction.
In addition to chiropractic joint manipulation (manual by hand or instrument-assisted like Activator), she likes to utilize other techniques for a whole-body rehabilitative approach. These additional techniques include: Dry Needling, Graston (instrument-assisted soft tissue release), ART (active release technique), K-taping, McKenzie Method, DNS (dynamic neuromuscular stabilization), percussive therapy, therapeutic exercises such as nerve flossing, nutritional counseling, and more.
Dr. Erin enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband during her free time. Her hobbies include horseback riding, weightlifting, swimming, rollerblading, volleyball, reading, drawing, camping, hiking, fishing, archery and shooting sports, cross stitching, video gaming, organic gardening, and organic cooking/baking.
Dr. Erin is a published author. Her animal chiropractic research has been published in the Journal of Equine Veterinary Science and The Multidisciplinary Advances in Veterinary Science (MAVS) Journal.
